a. Information from Business Owners (Web Portal)

- Payment Information: If you choose a paid subscription plan, we collect payment details such as credit card information, which are processed by our third-party payment gateway.
- Business Data: This includes information about your business operations, products, sales transactions, and customer details.
b. Information from Mobile App Users (Staff)
- Account Information: Staff members may be required to provide their name, employee ID, and login credentials to access the XPOS mobile app.
- Transaction Data: The XPOS app records details of sales transactions, including products sold, payment methods, and customer details (if applicable).
- Device Information: We may collect information about the device used to access the XPOS mobile app, such as the device type, operating system, and app version.
c. Information from Customers (End Users)
- Payment Data: If a customer makes a payment through the POS system (e.g., via QR code), we may collect limited payment information such as transaction amount and payment status. Payment details are handled by a third-party payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
- Customer Details: If Business Owners enables recording of customer data in transactions, we may collect the customer name, address, email address, and contact information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, operate, and maintain the XPOS system.
- To process transactions and manage business data.
- To improve the functionality and performance of the XPOS system.
- To communicate with business owners and staff regarding system updates, support, and billing.

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except in the following situations:

Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and data by sending a request to xpos@danwinciptaniaga.co.id. Please take note of the following:
- Upon receiving your request, your data will be deleted within at most one month.
- After your subscription ends (i.e. you do not make an extension to your subscription), the earliest one and latest three months, your data will be automatically be deleted from our system.
- Once your data is deleted from our system, it is permanent and we will no longer be able to restore it. Therefore please ensure that you really no longer need it.
